How AutoCount SuperApp Works — 4 Workflows

1. The Inbound Flow (Receiving Stock)

Performed by: Receiving Clerk / Warehouse Staff

  1. PO Verification — Opens Purchase & Receiving Module, finds corresponding PO for incoming goods
  2. Scanning for GRN — Clerk scans items; app auto-creates GRN (Goods Receipt Note) in AutoCount
  3. Bin Put-Away — App asks "Which Bin?"; clerk scans physical rack barcode (e.g., Bin A-01-02) to confirm location

2. The Inventory Flow (Maintenance & Inquiry)

Performed by: Inventory Supervisor / Salesperson

  1. Real-Time Inquiry — Stock Inquiry shows balance and exact bin location instantly for accurate stock checks
  2. Stock Adjustment — Use Stock Issue function, photograph damage as "proof", submit to reduce stock with audit trail

3. The Outbound Flow (Pick & Pack)

Performed by: Warehouse Picker

  1. Picking Task — Sales Order appears on picker's SuperApp with items and quantities to pick
  2. Guided Picking — App directs: "Go to Bin A-01-02 and pick 10 units" for efficient warehouse navigation
  3. Scan & Validate — Picker scans items; app blocks if wrong item or expired batch; marks correct items as "Picked"
  4. Packing — Once all items green-checked, picker taps "Post" to finalize shipment and update inventory

4. The Management Flow (Approvals)

Performed by: Business Owner / Manager

  1. Remote Approval — Manager receives Push Notification for credit limit exceeded scenarios and pending approvals
  2. Swipe to Approve — Manager reviews aging report on Dashboard and swipes "Approve" to proceed with transactions
